The current process of the Samsung is all about the updates of the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system to both the Galaxy S3 and Galaxy S4 devices. This continues to be (despite of all struggles and supposed fixes) the update which still should be downloaded with some statutory warnings of various potential problems that the software encounters every other time. Samsung finally seemed to have pulled the needed firmware update for its famous Galaxy S3 as well as the Galaxy S4 in some regions. However the other users continued to easily receive the Android 4.3 update very recently the AT&T had now begun rolling out the latest software. This one is for the stylish Galaxy S4 and also for other users of Galaxy however many have reported about already seeing the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update present for both the Galaxy S3 and Galaxy S4 in parts of Europe.
While Android apps development is widely celebrated by users worldwide the flurry of issues can’t be overlooked as well. Here again the trouble is with the Android 4.3 update. This is happening since the release but all these supposed fixes for the operating system made it look ok but now the problem is still persisting thus causing issues for certain users particularly in terms of vital features like fast battery drain and lots more.
This happened immediately after the AT&T release of the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update, i.e., for the Samsung Galaxy S4. These users began to report diverse problems with the functionality of the handset. Various problems reported were the Bluetooth ineffectiveness and the battery life draining problem also.
Apparently these problems are not just restricted only to the US customers alone although they are the majority users who complained about this. These troubles were present in Europe also.
The users there have recently received their latest version of the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS for their Samsung Galaxy S4 or Galaxy S3 handsets and have started complaining about the battery drain troubles in many occurrences. Many users started to receive the notification about the new firmware’s availability on their phones however they didn’t update the status and the time they updated varied since everyone didn’t do the starting process of installing the operating system immediately, but at the most exact time for writing their update even they will face these troubles. The updates however hadn’t yet reached the unlocked version of all the Galaxy S3 devices.
After receiving such troubles after the updates the users have started posting various complaints and queries to the manufacturer as well to the Android God Google. No one clearly has got the view or reason for why the problem is persisting and even after several support fixes, still there are lot of problems that persist and continues to no matter what.
These problems are subtle as well as very efficient and effective to leave it loose. These problems persist in important areas like the battery charge over-consumption and Bluetooth problems. To overcome this, Samsung must take some solid steps that should be definitely working. Although it seems that all the steps and bug fixes they take seem to go in vain. One of the user reports that contained a probable solution is as follows;
“Hi All, I had the same problem in my device in Ireland. The device became useless after the update. One solution that has helped a lot is to clear the cache memory. Start up the phone in “engineering mode” by pressing the volume up button, the select button, and the power button at the same time. The little green Android icon with “exclamation” mark appears and then the screen with a list of files. Now using the volume down button, move the cursor to the “clear cache memory” line and press power button to select. After a few moments it’s done and you can re-boot the phone. Do not be tempted to “reset” as it will clear your memory etc, but update will remain so no difference and you will have lost your stuff.”
